A. Without employment or steady income, we would cannot approve you.

4. Do you work with anyone outside of the Fresno, CA area?
A. No. We only serve residents local to the Fresno, CA area (Fresno +20 miles).

5. How much down payment do you need from me?
A. The Average upfront down payment is $972. Your down payment will vary based on your individual situation. We always recommend you put the most possible down payment. This helps discount your payment amount and provide long-term savings.
